  Awful service in store cannot reach Zara by phone, I'm appalled at their customer service per se. Shoddy and disrespectful. Purchased their own brand of perfume spray from their Norwich store ...no smell after 10 mins or so, cost me £30, in store, truly hostile and unhelpful, don't do social media can't contact them by X etc.....Will never shop there again.
