Workways+ is a project aimed at helping individuals overcome barriers to employment by providing support with job searching, CVs, application forms, interview skills, and access to training. Led by Neath Port Talbot Council in collaboration with other local councils, the project is backed by £9 million from the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. The project also matches participants with local businesses to help them gain the experience needed for long-term employment. Additionally, Work Station is Port Talbot's first employability centre, providing support with careers advice, training, and job opportunities.
