Business Description
Founded in 1894, Wishaw Golf Club originally had a short course laid out around Greenhead Road before establishing a course between Heathery Road and Bridge Street in 1897. The club later moved to its present site in 1935, with the clubhouse and car park purchased from Lord Belhaven. Major changes were made to the course after the war, and the clubhouse, originally a coach house, has undergone several developments over the years. The parkland course, designed by James Braid, features tree-lined fairways and natural hazards, offering a challenging and enjoyable golfing experience.
