The Wimborne Model Town & Gardens offers visitors a unique experience with its 1/10th scale replica of the historic market town of Wimborne Minster, complete with shop windows displaying prices in pounds, shillings, and pence. The model town is set within beautiful gardens with plenty of seating, and features an interactive oo gauge model railway, Sunflower Garden Putting Green, and Tea Rooms and Gift Shop. Youngsters can enjoy asking their grandparents about the 1950s while exploring the town. With over 300 buildings and 100 shop window displays, the model town provides a glimpse into life in the past. The attraction is currently closed for winter refurbishment and is set to reopen prior to Easter 2023.
