Who Cares? Scotland is a membership organization that believes in equality, respect, and love for care experienced people. They provide independent advocacy to children and young people in care up to 25 years old, and currently have over 2,800 members of all ages and experiences from all over Scotland. "Care Experienced" refers to anyone who has been or is currently in care, including kinship care, looked after at home, residential care, foster care, secure care, or adoption. Those interested in joining can become a Family Member if they are Care Experienced or a Friend of WC?S if they are a non-Care Experienced ally. For those in need of advice or support, they can contact the national office, email, or visit the website.
