Warnham Local Nature Reserve is a stunning 92 acre oasis in the midst of bustling Horsham. Its pristine marshlands, grasslands and woodlands provide habitats to over 400 species of plants and over 100 species of bird. There is a variety of outdoor activities available here, ranging from bird watching to simply taking a leisurely stroll. Furthermore, the reserve offers a Café which serves light refreshments and snacks, toilets with baby changing facilities, a Co-op nearby and picnic area. Though some major refurbishment is ongoing, the reserve is still highly recommended. It is easily accessible by train and even cheaper for entry at only £3 per person.
