    Urban Extreme Skatepark was established in 2012 with the goal of providing a safe and controlled environment for the community to enjoy skateboarding. After a year of planning, the indoor skate park was built on land purchased from Barrow Council, making it the only indoor skate park in Cumbria. Open six days a week, Urban Extreme welcomes individuals of all abilities to come and enjoy the facility in Barrow-in-Furness.
