Business Description
Trethevy Quoit is a well-preserved megalithic tomb located in Cornwall, England, known locally as "the giant's house". It consists of five standing stones capped by a large slab and was originally covered by a mound. The site is managed by the Cornwall Heritage Trust on behalf of English Heritage and is a rare example of a portal tomb with a small rectangular stone that allows access to the grave chamber. This Neolithic burial chamber stands 2.7 meters high and is a significant historical and archaeological site in the area.
