Under the leadership of chef-patron Alain Roux, the restaurant has held three Michelin stars since 1985, making it the longest-running three-star restaurant in the UK. As part of the Relais & Chateaux global fellowship, The Waterside Inn is the only UK member of the Relais Dessert Association and boasts two Relais Gourmand chefs. The restaurant offers elegant yet relaxed French cuisine with river views and a formal private dining area, as well as luxurious guest rooms and a terrace for drinks and aperitifs.
