The Don Bistro and Bar, located in a historic and beautifully restored site, offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, award-winning wine list, and great British produce. It is adjacent to The Don Restaurant and is part of the Bleeding Heart Restaurant Group. The building has a rich history dating back to 1342 and was once the original Sandeman Port and Sherry Cellars. The Wilsons, owners of the Bleeding Heart Restaurant Group, converted the building into The Don Restaurant in 2000 and later restored the adjoining building into The Sign of The Don Bar, Bistro, and Private Dining Rooms in 2013. The stylish bar and bistro are located in an ancient brick wine vault and offer a unique dining experience.
