The Park PT - Dan Edwards

Dan Edwards runs The Park PT, one-to-one outdoor personal training in Battersea Park, SW11. Sessions are weekday mornings from 6am, built around strength, mobility and staying capable for the long term. Dan has coached 50+ clients across South London over more than five years: busy professionals training before the working day starts, adults over 50 building strength for healthy ageing, and people getting back to training after injury. He holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University. Every programme begins with a 60-minute movement assessment rather than a template. Dan brings all the equipment, and sessions run year-round in all weather. Partner training and online coaching are also available.
