Business Description
The National Holocaust Centre and Museum was founded in 1995 by brothers Stephen and James Smith, who were inspired to create an exhibition after visiting Yad Vashem in Jerusalem and realizing the universal significance of the Holocaust. Today, the Centre features two exhibitions, a survivor testimony program, memorial and rose gardens, a library, bookshop, and coffee shop. The Centre's vision is a world without genocide, and its objectives include commemorating the victims, educating young people, raising awareness, challenging societal values, engaging professionals and parliamentarians, and influencing governments to take action. The Centre also explores other 20th-century genocides in addition to the Jewish Holocaust.
