The business has grown from a home-based operation to a retail bakery in Shawlands in 2009, and has now expanded to a new cake and flower studio in Glasgow's Templeton building. The south side store is now closed, and the new premises are by appointment only, with cakes requiring pre-ordering. The bakery offers innovative, bespoke cakes with the greatest attention to detail, and is available for weddings with full design and tasting consultations. The studio and showroom is not open to the public without an appointment, and advance booking for orders is essential.
