The festival will focus on 'Real Food for Real People' and will showcase the best selection of Welsh food producers. The event will feature food demonstrations in two dedicated halls and will provide an opportunity for the public to meet and ask questions to the primary producers. The festival's new website, www.gorseinonfoodfestival.co.uk, will provide updates on the event. Gorseinon Community Development Trust, which runs the Canolfan, aims to support the area's economy and provide a hub for the community.
