The Georgian House Museum offers a glimpse into the life of a Bristol sugar plantation and slave owner's home from around 1790. The six-storey Georgian townhouse features eleven rooms spread over four floors, showcasing both the elegant formal rooms above stairs and the servant quarters below. Visitors can explore the recreated kitchen in the basement where meals were prepared and gain insight into the lifestyle of a wealthy merchant through the merchant's quarters and a cold water bath.
