Business Description

The Entertainer, one of the UK's largest toy retailers with over 170 stores, is now open in Harlow. They aim to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people with their Quiet Hour initiative, which includes switching off music, dimming lighting, and removing noisy demos for the first hour of opening. The store also holds regular demonstrations, competitions, and guest appearances as part of their Playground Club, in line with their goal to be the best loved Toy Shop, one child and one community at a time.
