The Donkey Sanctuary, Birmingham

The Donkey Sanctuary in Birmingham provides donkey assisted therapy to around 200 children each week, catering to a wide range of additional needs and disabilities. The therapy brings enjoyment and pleasure to the children's lives, while also aiding in their coordination and overall development. The sanctuary also offers an Outreach Service, visiting carehomes, hospices, and schools with their donkeys. They rely entirely on donations to run the Centre and make no charge for their services.
