a priority, especially at a time when they face a most uncertain future. It is what our children deserve. The new integrated unit will accommodate all of the key services for very unwell children in modern surroundings with enhanced facilities for patients, parents and the hospital’s medical teams. The Lily Pad Appeal aims to raise funds to support the construction of a new children’s oncology unit as part of the overall refurbishment of the paediatric unit at Croydon University Hospital. The goal is to provide a modern and integrated facility to better serve the needs of young patients with serious illnesses.
