Business Description

The Barber Institute of Fine Arts at the University of Birmingham is a Grade 1 listed Art Deco building that houses major works by great artists. In addition to a fantastic permanent collection, concert hall, and coin gallery, the Barber offers a lively online program including podcasts and collaborations with Birmingham-based artists. The Barber is free to visit, but booking is now essential. The institute is also home to the University's departments of History of Art and Music, as well as the Barber Fine Art Library. With an exciting program of events, there is something for people of all ages and abilities at the Barber.
