The Arab Boy

The Arab Boy pub, built in 1849 as a landmark for the Parkfields Development, is named after Yussef Sirrie, a young Arab boy saved from slavery by Henry Scarth. After serving as Scarth's servant, Yussef became the pub's landlord until his death. The pub continues to be known by this name 166 years after it was built. Offering an extensive range of wines, beers, and ales to compliment the British and modern European food, The Arab Boy is a neighborhood favorite with a friendly staff and great atmosphere.
