Teesside University Archers, founded in 2012, offers students the opportunity to learn and practice target and field archery on a casual or competitive basis. The club is affiliated with Archery GB and provides qualified coaches for introductory and one-to-one sessions. Competitive opportunities include matches in the North-East University Archery League and other national competitions. Teesside University Volleyball Club is open to all abilities and offers training three times per week, with a women's only session on Tuesdays. The club competes in the Men’s BUCS league 2B and the Tees Valley Local Leagues divisions 1 & 2, and works with a local coach with over 20 years of experience.
