Business Description

Studio Upstairs is a registered charity that offers artistic resources and support to adults experiencing mental and emotional distress and in drug and alcohol recovery. The working arts studio provides a space for members to experiment and create in a supportive environment, helping them develop socially and artistically. This model often prevents repeated and costly psychiatric treatment and hospitalization, and equips members to move onto independent arts practices, further education, voluntary work, and employment.
