Strawberry Field was a Salvation Army children's home in Woolton, a suburb of Liverpool, England. The property was originally owned by a wealthy ship owner and later purchased by The Salvation Army in 1934. The home closed in 2005 and is now a church and prayer center, with the famous gates still standing. The site has been opened to the public for the first time in 2019, featuring an exhibition, café, shop, and gardens, as well as a Steps to Work program for young adults with learning disabilities.
