Business Description
Stone Lane Gardens is a 5-acre woodland garden located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park in Devon. It is home to National Collections of Birch and Alder trees and hosts the annual ‘Mythic Garden’ sculpture exhibition. The garden, created over 40 years by the late Kenneth Ashburner, is now safeguarded by a charity. Visitors can support the project by purchasing trees from the nursery. Admission to the gardens is £6 per adult, £2.50 per child, and £15 for a family ticket. Annual Friends membership is also available. The gardens are open seven days a week, year-round, and dogs are welcome on leads. Additionally, there is partial disabled access and a disabled toilet provided. The Garden Visitors’ Tea Room is open daily from 12 noon until 5pm.
