    St Andrews Botanic Garden is an 18-acre botanical garden located near the center of St Andrews. With a focus on research and conservation, the garden aims to address the challenges facing the natural world by creating an ecologically vibrant space to explore and learn about evolution and botany. The garden features a variety of plant species from both Fife and around the world, as well as a Tangled Bank showcasing the best of North East Fife plant life. The garden is open to the public and offers free entry for under 18s, students, and carers, with discounted rates for adults and concessions. Although some facilities such as the glasshouses, butterfly house, and tea-room are currently closed, visitors can still enjoy plant sales and a gift shop.
