Bea Simpson, originally from East Germany, has had a varied career in the equestrian world for the past 30 years, including training and working as a flat-racing jockey, working as a veterinary nurse, and teaching horse riding and training/schooling horses. She is a qualified Independent Instructor with a focus on natural horsemanship skills and techniques. Bea is also a Leadership & Management Consultant and, together with her husband Mark Simpson, founded Spirit In Stirrups Limited in 2013. The company offers services such as Leadership & Management Training/Coaching/Mentoring, Tuition for Horse and Rider, and Natural Horsemanship & Equine Facilitated Learning, with a focus on helping people and horses reach their full potential in life.
