South Cerney Outdoor Education Centre, established by Gloucestershire County Council in 1971, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting outdoor learning and providing low-cost outdoor activities for young people. Located in the Cotswold Water Park, the centre offers a range of activities, events, and expeditions for youth, school, and college groups, as well as nationally recognised courses for individuals, adults, and corporate groups. With a focus on safety and inclusivity, the centre is equipped to accommodate individuals with special needs and offers a variety of outdoor experiences for all abilities. South Cerney Outdoor is licensed by AALA and is an RYA, BCU, and BSUPA training centre, providing a range of activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, archery, team building, and more. The centre aims to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all participants, with a focus on reconnecting people with nature, themselves, and each other.
