The Dalkeith location is one of six Repair Centres in Edinburgh with Microsoft and Apple Certified Technicians, specializing in out-of-warranty Apple products and common repairs such as water damage, battery replacement, and cracked screens. SimplyFixIt is the only independent computer retailer in Edinburgh to have lasted since 1996, now with multiple stores across the city. They also provide repair services for East Lothian areas including Loanhead, Musselburgh, Haddington, and North Berwick.
