    Allan, a chef with over 26 years of experience, has transformed Chorleywood's local family deli into a family Bistro called Gusto. The bistro offers a variety of lunch, dinner, and Sunday roast options, including a kids' menu and gluten-free options. Allan's focus is on serving fresh, high-quality, and affordable meals, with new dishes such as baked goats cheese in filo pastry and mushroom risotto. The bistro does not serve alcohol but encourages patrons to bring their own. In addition to the new menu, Gusto still offers sandwiches, lasagna, coffee, teas, and handmade cakes throughout the day. Allan also offers outside catering and private bookings, and is open to menu suggestions. The bistro encourages learning through play, providing Magformers for kids and adults to enjoy. Seven by Allan, formerly known as Gusto, is the only chef-owned restaurant on Amersham high street, offering a mix of British, Mediterranean, and Filipino cuisine.
