Customers are always greeted by friendly and helpful staff, such as Steve, and orders are often ready quicker than expected. There is a wide range of products available to suit all budgets, with the click and collect service being particularly popular. Unfortunately the atmosphere inside the store is not always very welcoming, with some staff lacking in customer service skills.
