Business Description

The SCQF Framework supports all individuals in Scotland, including learning providers and employers, by facilitating access to education and training. It also aids in understanding the range of Scottish qualifications and their relationship to other forms of learning. The SCQF Partnership, established in 2006, manages the Framework and includes members such as the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, Scotland’s Colleges, Ministers of the Scottish Government, the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and Universities Scotland. The SCQF promotes lifelong learning and helps individuals access appropriate education and training to reach their full potential, while also aiding employers and the public in understanding qualifications and their impact on workforce skills.
