Sangye Yoga

Sangyé Yoga School, formerly Jivamukti Yoga London, offers vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating yoga classes, including Vinyasa, hands-on adjustments, Pranayama, meditation, Sanskrit chanting, and deep relaxation. The studio also hosts a wide range of workshops, lectures, concerts, and performances by internationally renowned teachers and artists. The schedule features more than 50 weekly classes, open to all levels, and the space provides a platform for independent yoga teachers to teach classes and workshops. The studio has been in operation since 2005 and offers a variety of yoga styles and specialized monthly workshops by resident and visiting teachers.
