Rumbles2 is the original and only bespoke manufacturer of Police Leather accessories in the United Kingdom. Since 1946, they have been supplying Police Authorities and retailers with hand-made, beautifully crafted leather goods that can last throughout an officer's career. Their classic Fixed Penalty Folder (FPN or Z Folder) is used and cherished by officers throughout the UK and overseas, all made by hand in Cornwall, UK. They also make and supply a range of Note Book Wallets and are regularly commissioned to make one-off and bespoke items in all sizes and colors. Rumbles2 welcomes single orders and enquiries regarding bulk orders.
