Business Description
Romsey Library is located in an Old Boy's School of Gothic styled architecture, originally built in 1872. The library moved from Romsey Town Hall and opened on December 5th, 1968, and was sympathetically extended in 2006. The new interior complements the historic architectural features and offers a variety of services including books, audio books, music CDs, DVDs, games, adult learning courses, free computer access, eBooks, free wi-fi, newspapers and magazines, Storytime, Rhymetime, local and family history, Ancestry, colour photocopying, and more. The library also celebrates the gothic windows with textile art and has exposed and restored one of the fireplaces.
