Additionally, their taproom opens at 11:00am for all Spurs home games. Redemption is committed to sustainability, donating spent grain and hops to local allotments and using only green renewable energy. Their dedication to quality has been recognized by the Society of Independent Brewers, who voted 'Hopspur' and 'Big Chief' the 'Best Beer' in the South East of England in 2012 and 2013.
