Pro Shift Technologies Ltd was founded by Roy Tansley, who developed his original Gear Shift System for personal use after losing his lower left leg in a motorbike accident 24 years ago. His determination to continue racing led to the creation of the Gearshifter, which contributed to his success in the British Championship and at the Isle of Man TT. The company, established in 2005, specializes in designing, developing, and manufacturing semi-automatic Paddle Shift Gear Shift Systems for sequentially geared vehicles worldwide. The current team, led by Roy as Managing Director and Lynda Gamble as General Manager, is supported by a group of highly skilled freelance engineers.
