Pont Newydd Medical Centre is a full General Practice Service serving Porth and surrounding areas. The team includes four partners, one salaried GP, three nurses, two health care assistants, a practice manager, business manager, and reception and administrative staff. As a teaching practice, medical students from Cardiff and Swansea University may be present during consultations. The attached pharmacy offers on-site dispensing service.
