Optimove Clinic

Optimove Clinic is a private physiotherapy practice on Cavendish Square in Marylebone, central London. Our HCPC-registered physiotherapists work with back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder problems, knee and hip injuries, plantar fasciitis, headaches and fibromyalgia. Treatment combines hands-on manual therapy with shockwave therapy, dry needling, medical acupuncture, clinical cupping and remedial massage, alongside a tailored exercise programme so progress holds once you leave the room. Private reformer Pilates and personal training are also available. Same-day appointments are often available, and we are recognised by Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna and WPA.
