One Young World

One Young World, founded in 2009 by David Jones and Kate Robertson, is a UK-based not-for-profit organization that brings together young people from around the world to create positive change. The organization hosts an annual Summit where young talent from global and national companies, NGOs, universities, and other organizations gather to debate and share innovative solutions for pressing global issues. After the Summit, delegates, known as One Young World Ambassadors, work on their own initiatives or lend their support to existing initiatives. The organization partners with over 190 global businesses, NGOs, and educational institutions, making it an integral part of their global talent development, retention, and attraction efforts. The eighth annual One Young World Summit will be hosted by the city of Bogotá, Colombia from 4 - 7 October 2017.
