Office S&M is an award-winning architecture practice that focuses on re-framing and re-appropriating architectural styles and materials to challenge preconceptions and open up new ways of solving problems. Their designs celebrate materiality, color, and richness in the details of the everyday and are generated by narratives that often encourage a response from the public. The practice works on a variety of new build multi-unit housing, high street regeneration, and public realm projects, engaging with clients and the context of their projects. Their work has been recognized with awards such as Young Architect of the Year by BD in 2020 and a Don’t Move, Improve! winner by the NLA in 2018.
