Business Description
The National Trust - Quebec House offers visitors the opportunity to explore the childhood home of General James Wolfe, the victor of the Battle of Quebec in 1759. The exhibition provides insight into the dramatic battle that secured America for the British and explores Wolfe's tragic death. Visitors can also experience the house as it appeared in the 1730s when Wolfe and his family lived there, including the chance to sleep on a replica 18th-century bed or try Mrs. Wolfe's 'cure for consumption' in the kitchen. The experience concludes with a relaxing cup of tea in Mrs. Wolfe's charming 18th-century garden.
