The Yorkshire Museum of Farming at Murton Park has closed for the winter season and will reopen on March 31st, 2018. During this time, the museum will be making exciting changes and updates. Additionally, the Santa Special with the Derwent Valley Light Railway will be running in December. The museum has many events planned for 2018, including tractors and Vikings. The Murton Park Team looks forward to welcoming visitors back soon to the 16-acre site dedicated to the history of local agriculture.
