Move with Ease Canterbury, led by Dr. Kristin Fredricksson, is a Feldenkrais practitioner with a passion for helping people improve their movement skills and alleviate pain. Dr. Fredricksson's journey with Feldenkrais began after a leg injury and back problems resulting from scoliosis, and she quickly realized the rich benefits of this approach to movement. She has taken risks she might not have otherwise taken and feels more creative and positive in her approach to life. Dr. Fredricksson completed her practitioner training in Paris and is dedicated to sharing the transformative tools of Feldenkrais with others. She believes that by taking care of one's own need to feel good and be free from pain, they can make a gift to the world – the gift of their better self.
