Mitchells Restaurant was founded in 1989 on North Street, Charing Cross, and expanded to Ashton Lane in the west end in 1994. The restaurant's fine reputation is now focused on its Carmunnock location, where all efforts are concentrated after the closure of the city sites in 2001. Located in Glasgow's only conservation village, Mitchells offers fresh Scottish produce and hearty Scottish dishes with global touches in a warm, candle-lit space.
