Mibootcamp

Mibootcamp offers a high-intensity outdoor fitness program at the Little Channels Golf Club in Chelmsford, designed to help participants burn up to 600 calories in a 60-minute session. The program incorporates a variety of physical activities and equipment to achieve quicker results than traditional exercises or workout classes. The trainers push participants to work harder than they would on their own, helping them build strength, endurance, and achieve their fitness goals. Mibootcamp has been running since 2010 and offers a welcoming community of trainers and participants who enjoy a variety of training styles.
