Medequip Community Equipment Service is commissioned by the NHS and Wiltshire Council to provide a comprehensive range of services including supply, delivery, installation, repair, maintenance, collection, and recycling of community equipment. This equipment is provided free of charge on a loan basis to support independent living, once prescribed by a Health or Social Care Professional. To access equipment, individuals can seek a referral from their GP or contact their Council’s Social Care Team for an assessment. To return equipment, individuals can request a free collection or visit the Medequip website for local drop-off points.
