McCallum Family Butchers, established in 1966 by the late Donald McCallum, is a renowned butcher shop located at 351 Woodstock Road in Belfast. The business has been managed by members of the McCallum Family for over 50 years and is currently owned and managed by Donald McCallum junior. They are famous for their Award Winning Sausages and Burgers, including an extensive range of flavored sausages. McCallum’s has won multiple National Sausage Competitions and the Product Innovation Award for their Black Pudding Pork Sausages. In 2012, a second shop was opened at 326 Beersbridge Road in Belfast to extend the business across East Belfast.
