Ma's Kitchen, founded by the Walker/Lavine sisters, is a catering service born out of a passion for West Indian cuisine and the culinary skills passed down by their mother. After three years of providing voluntary catering for the Hexham Community Association, Ma's Kitchen is now offering the community of South Reading a taste of Barbados and the Caribbean with a selection of freshly prepared takeaway meals at reasonable prices. The service will be trialed on July 19th, 2014, with orders available for collection by phone or in person. The menu will feature a variety of dishes, with some permanent options. Ma's Kitchen invites the community to give their offerings a try and looks forward to serving them soon.
