Lanarkshire Carers

Lanarkshire Carers provides drop-in services in Hamilton and Airdrie and offers Carer Support Workers to assist carers in managing and coping with their caring role. They offer a range of services including information, assistance accessing available services, keeping carers informed of current legislation and policy, a listening ear, access to grants, form filling, letter writing, accompanying carers to meetings and reviews, representing their issues to relevant groups or agencies, and signposting to relevant agencies for specialist information. The organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of carers across Lanarkshire and works in partnership with other organizations to provide early intervention and prevention services.
