Kyushinkai Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, led by Chief Instructor 7th Dan Sam Stewart, has been a staple in Telford, Shropshire since the mid-eighties. Committed to preserving the integrity of the martial way, the centre aims to help students achieve personal, physical, and spiritual well-being through dedicated training. With a focus on developing skills and understanding the true martial arts spirit, Kyushinkai welcomes members of all levels and takes pride in their achievements in nationwide competitions. The centre offers a range of programs, including Classical Karate, Self Defence for the Visually Impaired, MMA, Karate Kids, Full Contact Kickboxing, and Traditional and Chinese Weaponry, as well as new fitness classes.
